Be sure to refer to the sample paper in your folder for exactly how these things are supposed to look:
- _____On your PAPER (the one you started that has your research on it) type and center the word MATERIALS and under this type the materials you used all in paragraph form.
- _____On your PAPER after the materials section you will type and center the word METHOD OF PROCEDURE and under this type in your method of procedure in paragraph form.
- _____On your PAPER after the Results section type and center the word CONCLUSIONS and underneath you will type in the conclusions of your experiment. The conclusion will be did the experiment support your hypothesis and either why or why not.
- _____Make sure that the Bibliography is complete and correct. Add or correct anything that might need to be corrected.
- _____Include the results charts that you have made in computer in the results section of your paper.
- _____You will need to include a Data Table of your results in a chart form. Some of you will have already done this but for those who have not just put your results in a Chart as the example below:
Name Ice Cream A Ice Cream B Total Test 1 10 students 5 Students 15 Students Test 2 8 Students 6 Students 14 Students (1 Ab) Totals 18 Students 11 Students 29 Studen - _____All forms that you will have used (student approval form, human subjects form, and vertebrate forms) turned in and copies made
- _____After you have completed typing EVERY section: you will go back through the paper THEN you will make a TABLE OF CONTENTS page – now go back and number each page (remember that the title page and table of contents pages get numbered too)
