Mrs. Boyles' Physical Education Classes:

PE class at St. Peter's is all about learning new skills and acquiring "Life Long Love For Fitness".   It is to that end that skills are taught so that all children can experience success.  We do not stress a strong competitive spirit during PE class but instead focus on the learning of the skill.  Everyone takes PE from Pre-K through 8th grade.

A wide variety of sports are taught:  team sports, individual sports, and recreational sports as well as having students make up games for their classmates to play.

Some additional activities we do are:

  • Every student in grades 3-8 goes to the Civic Center in December to Ice Skate.
  • February is Heart Month.  We do Jump Rope For Heart Every February.

We learn to play tennis because it is a sport that anyone can play!  People age 3-100 can play this game!

Intramural Sports for grades Pre-K through 4th are encouraged.  Any student who would like can play - just sign up!

We are great athletes here at St. Peter's!  But we are also great team players and practice good sportsmanship on and off the field.

Field Day is April 15TH at Brooks Field.  Come out and have fun with our students!
